The property known as Trinidad City Lake and the surrounding property, more particularly described as Exhibit "A" attached to the ordinance codified herein and incorporated herein as if fully transcribed herein, is owned by the city. The city utilizes the property as a source of the fresh water for production of drinking water that serves the city.
