1266.05 APPEALS.

Any decision of the Planning Commission under this chapter may be appealed to the Board of Zoning Appeals, but only if brought within 30 days after the decision is rendered. Failure to timely present such appeal to the Board of Zoning Appeals shall bar further appeal to the courts.
