Should any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this chapter or of the IFC, as adopted in Section 1612.01, be declared for any reason to be invalid, it is the intent of Council that it would have adopted all other portions of the same independent of the elimination therefrom of any such portion as may be declared invalid.
