Pursuant to the authority granted in Section 3.06 of the Charter of the City of Trenton, the most recent printing of the International Fire Code (IFC), as published in 2003 by the International Code council and which may be amended from time to time, is hereby adopted as the Fire Prevention Code of the City for the control of buildings, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said IFC, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter, save and except for such portions thereof as may be amended or deleted by this chapter.
