1612.02 AMENDMENT RECOGNIZING BOARD OF BUILDING EXAMINERS AND APPEALS.

   Section 108 of the IFC, as adopted in Section 1612.01, shall be amended to allow any person the right to appeal a decision of the Code Official to the Board of Building Examiners and Appeals as established in Section 1404.03 of the Codified Ordinance of the City of Trenton.
