§ 153.146 PRINCIPAL USES PERMITTED.
   In the General Business District, no building or land shall be used, and no building shall be erected except for one or more of the following specified uses, unless otherwise provided in this chapter:
   (A)   Any retail business or service establishment permitted in the B-4 District as principal uses permitted;
   (B)   New and used automobile sales or show-room;
   (C)   Private clubs or lodge halls;
   (D)   Government offices or other governmental uses, public utility offices, exchanges, transformer stations, pump stations and service yards, but not including outdoor storage;
   (E)   Clinics;
   (F)   Retail cold storage establishments;
   (G)   Self-service laundry and dry-cleaning establishments;
   (H)   Bowling alleys;
   (I)   Pool or billiard parlors or clubs;
   (J)   Warehousing and storage of materials or goods to be sold at retail or wholesale; provided such storage is within a building or is enclosed as not to be visible to the public from a street or thoroughfare;
   (K)   Hotels and motels; and
   (L)   Other uses which are like the above uses.
