§ 153.106 PRINCIPAL USES PERMITTED.
   In the Office District, no building or land shall be used, and no building shall be erected for one or more of the following specified uses unless otherwise provided in this subchapter:
   (A)   Office buildings for any of the following occupations: executive; administrative; professional; accounting; writing; clerical; stenographic; and drafting, subject to the limitations contain in § 153.088;
   (B)   Medical offices, including clinics;
   (C)   Banks, credit unions, savings and loan associations and similar uses; drive-in facilities as an accessory use only;
   (D)   Personal service establishments including barber shops, beauty shops and health salons;
   (E)   Churches and private clubs;
   (F)   Municipal office buildings and uses;
   (G)   Other uses like the above uses; and
   (H)   Accessory structures and uses customarily incident to the above-permitted uses.
