§ 153.086 PRINCIPAL USES PERMITTED.
   No building shall be erected or modified, and no land shall be used except for one of the following specified uses unless otherwise provided in this chapter:
   (A)   All principal uses permitted in the R-1 and R-2 Districts;
   (B)   Multiple-family dwellings; and
   (C)   Accessory buildings and uses customarily incident to any of the residential uses.
