(A) Private residence swimming pools shall be permitted on any property occupied by a one- or two- family dwelling.
(B) All pools shall be located to the rear of the primary residential dwelling. The pool wall shall be at least ten feet from the rear property line and five feet from each side property line. No swimming pool shall be located in an easement.
(C) Pumps, filters and any pool equipment shall be located a distance of not less than five feet from any property line.
(D) There shall be a distance of not less than four feet between the outside pool wall and any building located on the same lot.
(E) The provisions of this section shall not apply to any swimming pool of a permanent nature which has been constructed prior to the effective date of this chapter.
