(A) Fees for the issuance of permits, inspection or certificates or copies thereof required to be issued under the provisions of this chapter may be collected by the Code Enforcement Officer in advance of issuance.
(B) The amounts of such fees shall be established by resolution of the Village Board and shall cover the costs of inspection and supervision resulting from the enforcement of this chapter.
