It is hereby declared a menace to the public safety and health and a nuisance for any person to cause or permit the following:
(A) Jimpson, burdock. Any weeds, such as jimpson, burdock, marijuana, ragweed, thistle, cockleburr or other weeds of a like kind grow in any lot or tract of land in the village;
(B) Height. Any weeds, grass or plants other than trees, bushes, flowers, vegetables or other ornamental plants to grow to a height exceeding eight inches anywhere in the village; and
(C) Barberry bushes. Growth of the bush of the tall, common or European Barberry, further known as Berberis Vulgaris or its horticultural varieties, within the village.
