§ 94.02 BIRTHS, DEATHS AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   Code Enforcement Officer to record.
      (1)   It shall be the duty of the Code Enforcement Officer to collect and keep records pertaining to miscarriages, stillbirths, births, illnesses, accidents and deaths occurring within the village and, at appropriate times, to compile statistics in regard to such and prepare indices therefrom as are useful in determining the health status of the village.
      (2)   This section shall become effective at such times as the Board of Trustees shall, by resolution, deem it possible to carry out its provisions.
   (B)   Doctors to report. It shall be the duty of the doctor or attendant at any birth, stillbirth or death to file a proper record of the same on proper form provided by the Code Enforcement Officer in the office of said Officer. This division (B) shall become effective at such time as the Board of Trustees shall, by resolution, deem it possible to carry out its provisions.
