§ 94.01 POLICY AND PURPOSE.
   It is hereby declared to be the policy of the village to regulate and control all persons under its jurisdiction insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes of public health as provided for in this subchapter. Whenever any ambiguity or uncertainty exists, the provisions of this subchapter shall be interpreted, if possible, to effectuate the above declaration of policy.
