It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to make any unauthorized connection, whether physically, electrically, acoustically, inductively or otherwise, with any part of the franchised cable television system within the village for the purpose of enabling himself, herself or others to receive any television signal, radio signal, picture, program or sound, without payment to the operator of the system.
