§ 153.30 INSTALLATION AND INSPECTION OF IMPROVEMENTS.
   (A)   The installation of improvements shall be in accordance with the requirements set forth in the town Design Standards and Specifications Manual, as amended, those requirements set forth herein, and other applicable criteria.
   (B)   Inspection of improvements shall be under the direction of the Town Council. As a condition for approval of the secondary plat, the applicant shall enter into a contractual agreement for inspection and testing services with the town, consistent with this chapter and the Design Standards and Specifications Manual, and subject to the terms, conditions, and the form approved by the Town Attorney and Town Council. Inspection and testing services shall be obtained by the town, but shall be at the applicant’s expense.
