§ 153.29 PERFORMANCE BONDS.

Copies of performance bonds or other performance surety shall accompany the submission of the secondary plat for approval, if required, in a form satisfactory to the Town Attorney and Town Council and in an amount established by § 153.31, and shall guarantee the completion of all required subdivision and off-site public improvements.
