No lot in a subdivision shall be sold; no permit to erect, alter or repair any building upon land in a subdivision shall be issued; and no building shall be erected in a subdivision unless and until the plat has been approved and recorded, and until improvements required by the Plan Commission in connection therewith have been installed and/or guaranteed as herein provided. The subdivision plat shall conform to the requirements of this chapter, and the principles and standards of the Comprehensive Plan, the Zoning Ordinance, and the Design Standards and Specifications Manual, as adopted by the town, and all amendments thereto.
