§ 151.06 NONCONFORMING SIGNS.
   Any sign lawfully established prior to the effective date of this chapter that does not conform to the regulations herein shall be deemed a nonconforming use and may be continued except under the following provisions:
   (A)   If there is an increase in the size of the sign face or an increase in the height of the sign;
   (B)   If the sign is removed from its original place of installation;
   (C)   Complete replacement of the sign;
   (D)   The addition of illumination to the sign;
   (E)   Signs covered under a variance granted by the Plan Commission that has expired without the work being completed;
   (F)   An obsolete sign as defined under “prohibited signs” listed within this chapter (§ 151.08); and/or
   (G)   All signs, except private traffic direction signs, are prohibited in the required greenbelt areas.
