The town has identified the following classifications for:
(A) R-1, R-2, R-3 as residential zones as described within the current zoning ordinance codified in Chapter 152 of this code;
(B) C-1 for local business located within the town bordering or in residential neighborhoods;
(C) C-2 for commercial buildings on State Road 135 and Highway 252; and
(D) I-1 Light Industrial adjoining residential areas.
