A. Nonuse: Any small wind energy system or large wind energy system that has been permitted by this chapter which is not used for one year, excluding up to six (6) months for repairs, shall be removed within the following six (6) months. Failure to remove the system shall be deemed a violation of this chapter.
B. Nonconforming: Any small wind energy system or large wind energy system which is nonconforming with this chapter and which is not operable for one year shall be removed within the following six (6) months. Failure to remove the system shall be deemed a violation of this chapter. (Ord. 2012.04, 1-18-2012)
