The City Council shall establish a fee schedule for conditional use applications to cover the costs of processing and review. An application for a conditional use shall be accompanied by the application fee established by the City Council. Any fees incurred by the City for professional services associated with the review of a conditional use application, including fees for the City Planner and the City Engineer, shall also be assessed to the applicant and paid in full as a prerequisite to the issuance of any conditional use permit.
