A. Inspection: The records of the municipality shall be open to inspection by the public during regular business hours, except as is herein provided. (1977 Code § 3-344)
B. Copies And Reproductions: Any public record of the municipality may be copied or electronically reproduced for any member of the public on payment to the city recorder of a sum in such amount as established by the city council. (1977 Code § 3-344; amd. 2014 Code)
C. Elected Officials: Any elected official of the municipality shall at all times have the right to inspect the books, records and papers of the city. (1977 Code § 3-344)
