7-4-5: PENALTY:
Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a class C misdemeanor and shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day a violation continues shall be considered a separate violation and offense. (Ord. 2011.02, 4-14-2011; amd. 2014 Code)
