Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code, and then must meet all the requirements of this chapter. (Ord. 4-12-2001, 4-4-2001; amd. 2014 Code)
