6-1-4: DRIVING ANIMALS ON STREETS:
   A.   Every person who drives any herd of sheep or band of horses, cattle or other animals upon any public street or highway without first obtaining a permit from the city so to do is guilty of an infraction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
   B.   No person shall drive livestock through the city upon streets not designated for that purpose except upon permission and according to the direction of the city. (1977 Code § 11-331; amd. 2014 Code)
