5-3-7: PENALTY:
Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a class C misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided by section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 2009.08, 8-13-2009, eff. 8-13-2009; amd. 2014 Code)
