5-3-5: BUSINESS LIABILITY:
No person owning or operating a business shall knowingly permit any minor to remain on the premises of such business in violation of the provisions of this chapter, unless the minor is lawfully employed by the owner. (Ord. 2009.08, 8-13-2009, eff. 8-13-2009)
