5-3-2: CURFEW ESTABLISHED:
Minor curfew is established to prevent the unlawful loitering of any minor under the age of eighteen (18) years on sidewalks, streets, roads or public places within city boundaries, between the hours of twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight and five o'clock (5:00) A.M., Sunday through Saturday.
