5-1-10: COURT ORDER; PROCEDURE:
Court orders shall be filed according to the following minimum notice and procedure:
   A.   Petition For Action: The animal control officer shall petition the court for the desired action.
   B.   Service: The petition for the action, together with supporting affidavits, shall be served on the party against whom the action is taken at least five (5) days prior to the hearing. (Ord. 2015.04, 6-11-2015)
