10-29-6: TIME LIMIT ON OCCUPANCY:
Seventy percent (70%) of the total RV Resort sites shall be limited to a maximum occupancy period of twenty-eight (28) consecutive days or the time specified by Utah statutes to qualify for transient room tax, whichever period is shorter. Thirty percent (30%) of the total RV Resort sites may be occupied by up to a maximum of one hundred eighty (180) consecutive days in a one-year period beginning on the initial date of occupancy. Note: Only independent RVs are allowed occupancy longer than twenty-eight (28) days. After a time limit is reached, a renter cannot re-register for a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours.
