8-5-12: FEES EFFECTIVE AT TIME OF PAYMENT:
Unless the City is otherwise bound by a contractual requirement, the impact fees shall be determined from the fee schedule in effect at the time of payment in accordance with the provisions of section 8-5-14, below. (Ord. 2021.28, 12-15-2021)
