3-4-10: PENALTY:
A violation of this chapter shall be a class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each violation of this chapter shall be considered to be a separate offense. (Ord. 2012.02, 3-8-2012; amd. 2014 Code)
