3-4-9: RESTITUTION:
If contamination of the city water system occurs by means of a violation of this chapter, the owner of the property or equipment in violation and/or the party responsible for such contamination, must bear the cost of cleanup of the city water system. (Ord. 2012.02, 3-8-2012)
