A. Authority Of City: If the owner or consumer fails to take the required corrective action within twenty four (24) hours of the delivery of a notice of violation of this chapter, the city, in its own discretion, may suspend any business license issued to the owner and/or consumer.
B. Reinstatement Of Business License: No business license suspended under this section may be reinstated until all outstanding fines and fees are paid, and all violations or defects are corrected and the city has inspected and approved the corrections. (Ord. 2012.02, 3-8-2012; amd. 2014 Code)
