A. Specified: In addition to any other business license fee which any person or place of business may be required to pay, there is imposed on the business location of every person engaged in the sale or dispensing of beer a license fee as established by the city council.
B. Fee To Accompany Application: Applications provided for in this chapter shall be accompanied by the fee provided in this chapter. The fee shall be returned to the applicant if the application is denied. (2014 Code)
