3-3-2: TYPES OF RETAIL LICENSES:
   A.   Specified: Retail licenses issued hereunder shall be of the following kinds and shall carry the following privileges and be known as:
      1.   Class A (consumption off premises beer license); and
      2.   Class B (consumption on premises beer license).
   B.   Class A: A class A license (consumption off premises beer license) shall entitle the licensee to sell beer on the licensed premises in the original containers for consumption off the licensed premises in accordance with the state alcoholic beverage control act and the ordinances of the city.
   C.   Class B: A class B license (consumption on premises beer license) shall entitle the licensee to sell beer in the original containers or on draft on the licensed premises for consumption on the licensed premises; or sell beer on the licensed premises in sealed containers for consumption off premises in accordance with the Utah alcoholic beverage control act. Total sales from beer are not to exceed fifty percent (50%) of the business's gross sales. (2014 Code)
