3-5-13: PENALTY:
Violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be a class B misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of the Toquerville Code, or such lesser offense as the City Attorney in his/her discretion shall choose. (Ord. 2021.01, 1-20-2021)
