3-5-11: APPEAL PROCEDURE:

Any person aggrieved shall have the right to appeal the denial of a Special Event License to the City Council. The appeal shall be submitted within ten (10) days after notice of denial. The City Council shall act upon the appeal within ten (10) days after its receipt. (Ord. 2021.01, 1-20-2021)
