§ 150.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person or persons from a corporation who shall number or attempt to number any house or building contrary to § 150.002 and the plan hereby approved and adopted, or who shall fail or neglect to number their house or buildings in accordance herewith, or who shall fail to change the number thereof on notification of the Borough Engineer or Secretary of Council, and any person or persons who shall alter, deface, remove or destroy any number required to be displayed by § 150.002 shall, upon conviction, pay a fine of not less than $5 and not more than $25.
   (C)   Any person, corporation, partnership or entity of any type violating and of the provisions of § 150.052 shall be subject for each violation to a penalty of not less than $200 nor more than $600 to be imposed and collected in a manner provided by the Borough Code in the case of violations of borough ordinances.
   (D)   (1)   Any person who shall violate the provisions of §§ 150.110 through 150.122 may be cited and fined. Following is a list of violations of §§ 150.110 through 150.122 which may be enforced pursuant to the provisions of §§ 150.110 through 150.122. The dollar amount of civil penalty for the violation of these sections as it may be amended. The descriptions of violations below are for informational purposes only and not meant to limit or define the nature of violations or the subject matter of applicable codes, except to the extent that different violations of the applicable codes may carry different civil penalties. For each code section listed in the schedule of civil penalties, the entirety of the section may be enforced by the mechanism provided in this division (E), regardless of whether all activities prescribed or required are described in the “Description of Violation” column. To determine whether a particular activity is prescribed or required by §§ 150.110 through 150.122, the relevant Borough Code section(s) shall be examined.

Each occurrence when the referenced property is cited for a separate and distinct violation of the applicable codes shall result in not only the penalty for such violation as prescribed by the applicable codes, but in addition, in the event the property is abandoned real property, whether or not the abandoned real property is registered, there shall be an additional penalty assessed based on the fact that the property in question is an abandoned real property

      (2)   In addition to the civil penalties set forth above, penalties shall include the costs of title search, court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
   (E)   (1)   After resolution by Council, if the owner of any dangerous structure, to whom or which a resolution of Council requiring repair or removal of such structure shall be sent under the provisions of §§ 150.150 through 150.154, fails to commence or to complete such repair or removal within the time limit prescribed by such resolution, he or she shall be guilty of a violation of §§ 150.150 through 150.154, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $300 and costs of prosecution; provided, each day’s continuance of a violation shall constitute a separate offense.
      (2)   In addition to any other remedy available to the borough, the borough to enforce or seek a judicial determination may seek relief by an action in equity as provided in the Borough Code.
