§ 150.116 SECURITY REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Properties subject to this subchapter shall be maintained in a secure manner so as not to be accessible to unauthorized persons.
   (B)   (1)   A SECURED MANNER shall include, but not limited to, the closure and locking and/or repair of windows, doors, gates and other openings of such size that may allow a child to access the interior of any improvements on the property.
      (2)   Broken windows shall be secured by replacement or re-glazing of the window.
   (C)   If a mortgage on a property is in default and the property has become vacant or abandoned, a property manager shall be designated by the mortgagee to perform the work necessary to bring property into compliance with applicable code(s), and the property manager must perform regular inspections to verify compliance with the requirements of this subchapter, and any other applicable laws.
