§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating the terms of §§ 71.01 through 71.03 shall be subject to a fine not in excess of $500.
   (C)   (1)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 71.15 through 71.23, shall upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more that $15 plus costs.
      (2)   Any person who violates any provision of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code, shall upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $15 plus costs.
   (D)   Any person who shall park a vehicle in violation of the restrictions established by §§ 71.30 through 71.34 shall, upon conviction thereof by a magisterial district judge in an action brought in the same manner as for summary offenses as set forth in the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, be sentenced to pay a fine which shall not be less than $35 nor more than $300, and the costs of prosecution, and in default of payment thereof, shall be imprisoned for not more than five days.
