(A) Police officers engaged in the enforcement of this chapter are authorized to take measures allowed by law as may be necessary to determine the length of time such vehicles have been standing in a restricted parking area.
(B) (1) No person shall act in any way with the purpose of evading the provisions of this Traffic Code.
(2) The act listed above shall be deemed a violation of this Traffic Code.
