Any person or persons violating any parking regulations of the borough shall, upon summary conviction, by the district justice or by any other court having jurisdiction thereof, by sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $15 nor more than $50 and the costs of prosecution and in default of payment thereof shall undergo imprisonment in the county prison for not more than five days.
