§ 51.048 LEAKAGE AND WASTE.

No person shall allow water waste by way of unrepaired leaks or by willful action. Use of all water passing through the meter shall be charged at the regular rate and no allowance shall be made for excessive consumption due to leakage or waste on the customer’s premises.
