§ 32.01 ESTABLISHMENT.
   Pursuant to the authority granted under the Borough Code of the commonwealth, it is the considered judgment of the Borough Council that adequate public recreation programs and facilities for the borough would be best advanced by the establishment of a Recreation Committee (“Committee”).
