(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of any proclamation issued by the Mayor pursuant to §§ 31.35 through 31.40 shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine as set forth in the fee schedule approved from time to time by resolution of the Borough Council, plus costs.
