§ 31.40 POWERS OF MAYOR TO BE NONEXCLUSIVE.

The powers granted to the Mayor by the provisions of this subchapter shall not be exclusive, and nothing in this subchapter shall prohibit the Borough Council from time to time taking such action as it may so desire as concerns any of the police powers hereinabove enumerated.
