§ 31.38 EFFECTIVE DATE OF PROCLAMATION/REJECTION BY COUNCIL.
   The proposed proclamation by the Mayor shall become effective only in the event that the Council of the borough does not adopt a resolution within the 30-day period referred to in § 31.36 rejecting and nullifying the proposed proclamation of the Mayor.
