§ 52.16 ADMINISTRATION.
   Except as otherwise provided herein, the POTW of the town shall administer, implement and enforce the provisions of this subchapter. Any powers granted to or duties imposed upon the POTW may be delegated by the POTW to other duly authorized town personnel.
