(A) A Department of Sewage Works is hereby established for the town, pursuant to I.C. 36-9-23-1 et seq., which sections are incorporated herein and made a part hereof, subject to the following modifications: the Board of Directors of the Department of Water Works for the town shall consist of the Town Council.
(B) Amendments to I.C. 36-9-23-1 et seq. by the state’s legislature shall constitute amendments to this section, even in the absence of official action by the Board adopting such amendments.
(C) This section is made to reestablish the Department of Sewage Works only and the substantive operation and effect of all ordinances adopted prior hereto shall continue uninterrupted.
